Parking & Transportation
Parking Permits
Parking registration is a personal obligation. Parking permits are the property of Texas A&M University-San Antonio and are issued to a specific individual. Ownership is not transferable. By obtaining a parking permit, the permit holder agrees to become familiar with and follow the rules and regulations.
Parking permits can be purchased per semester or annually. Persons who have an outstanding balance with Parking & Transportation Services at the end of the parking year will not receive a permit until their account is satisfied.
To purchase a parking permit, follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Register your vehicle through Jaguar FlexPort.
Have your contact and vehicle information readily available, including license plate, make, and model.
Important - Please ensure the mailing address you submit is accurate as we will be mailing parking permits once payment is complete. Submitting an incorrect address will drastically delay the time in the delivery of your parking permit.
Step 2: Pay online using any major credit card and e-check. To ensure the health and safety of our customers, all registration payments will be done online. Note: Employees choosing to utilize the payroll deduction program may select this option in FlexPort.
Step 3: Print and Display your emailed receipt on your dashboard to inform our parking enforcement team that you have purchased a parking permit and are waiting for it in the mail.
Step 4: All permits will be mailed to you via USPS. Please allow up to 14 days for your permit to arrive. If you do not receive your permit within that timeframe, please contact Parking and Transportation Services at (210) 784-2277 or Parking@tamusa.edu.
Step 5: Once you receive your parking permit in the mail, display parking permit and park in the lot designated on your permit.
